New York Strip Steak - chargrilled to your liking
Beef Goulash - cuts of beef stewed in a mildly spiced paprika gravy
German Beef Rouladen - thinly sliced beef rolled with bacon, onions, pickle and egg
Chicken Marsala - sautéed chicken breasts in a savory sauce of mushrooms, garlic and Marsala wine
Stuffed Chicken Breast - sausage stuffing topped with mushroom sauce
Cordon Bleu - breaded pork cutlet or chicken breast stuffed with Black Forest ham and Swiss cheese
Jaeger Schnitzel - pork cutlet sautéed with mushrooms and onions in a light cream sauce
Pork Tenderloin – Captain Wolf’s special marinade and oven roasted or grilled
Salmon Fillet - broiled with a mustard dill sauce
